Event Relevance:
Events must be relevant to afterschool programs, education, or youth development. Inclusion of events aligned with our community's mission is encouraged.
Accurate Information:
Submissions must provide accurate and complete event details, including date, time, location, and a brief description. Event information should be submitted in English.
Timely Submission:
Please submit events at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date. Early submissions are appreciated and allow for better promotion.
Approval Process:
All event submissions are subject to review and approval by our team. Approval notifications will be sent via email. If modifications are needed, you will receive guidance on how to update your submission.
Community-Friendly Content:
Events should contribute positively to our community. Offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content will not be accepted.
Event Ownership:
Submitters must have the authority to submit the event on behalf of the hosting organization. The hosting organization should be clearly identified in the submission.
Image Guidelines:
Submissions with high-quality images are encouraged. Images should be relevant to the event and must not violate copyright laws.
Frequency of Submission:
Organizations and individuals may submit multiple events, but each submission should represent a unique and distinct event.
Modification and Removal:
Submitted events can be modified or removed by contacting our team. Changes to event details must be communicated promptly.
Promotion Responsibility:
Event submitters are encouraged to promote their events through their networks. Our platform will amplify promotions, but primary responsibility lies with the event organizer.
Community Collaboration:
We encourage collaboration between organizations for joint events. Co-hosted events should be submitted with clear information about all collaborating parties.
